The quality of life with less duration because I would have found already what I already had searched for. Long life that you seek is like the life I'm living right now, not knowing what to seek for things in life while some just pass you by.

The quality of life of a person counts most. What is the use of the quantity of days you live on this earth if you are not a contributory being to the betterment of this world. Life would be useless. The quality of life is the most important thing in this world. The qualities of being good carries along a badge of honor and respect.

Have a great day!

Biblically, Scientifically, Historically, and Philosophically, quality and quantity must be balancely put together. Just like the positive and negative deposits in a battery to give the most excellent power. In business any "Mega Hot-Trend Product" must have both the quality to be in full demand and the quantity to readily supply that demand. In life, God made the provision for man in the person of Jesus Christ so that those who will have eternal life with Him could live in a perfect environment free from sin. (John 3:16/Ephesians 2:8-10)

Quality. A life well-lived is a quality life, even if you live in the poor part of town, don't have a job, etc. If I found myself in a strange place with no job, money, etc, the First thing I would do is hook up with a positive group like a church. This would get me new friends and tell the world I'm on my way up. In weeks of earnest determination, I should find myself much better off than when I started. This has worked many times when I worked my way across the U.S. back in the 80's. I called it my 'travelling vacation'. Even met a U.S. senator. Think positive and avoid evil. The Bible is true. Be honest.

Good question!

I actually prefer quality. It doesn't matter how long you lived if you haven't lived life to the fullest. I was once very depressed and suicidal for a while. There wasn't a day that went by without me thinking about suicide. I was so negative that I became isolated from people. Then I met Momo (my best friend's nickname) and she made me see that life is too precious to waste. She told me to live life to the fullest before time runs out and I regret wasting my time. Soon, I gradually started learning from her about quality.

There wasn't a time when I was with Momo that I didn't laugh or feel good about myself. I'm starting to see what quality is and I've decided that quantity doesn't matter, it's the way I LIVE my life that matters most. Even if it turns out my life is short, I'll die knowing that I've lived my life instead of wasting away.

I'd prefer quality over quantity, but only by a small percentage. When there's more quantity, there's more quality. I'd really want to have both, but more quality and less quantity sounds better than less quality and more quantity. But I'd like equal amounts of both. It really depends on what you think of your life at the moment.

Good question. I guess I'm greedy and want both. Given a choice I'd rather have quality. The problem is that on the other hand with quantity - over time - quality may follow. So I'm still torn.

Doesn't answer your question I guess.

Quality is very much preferable, but when quality is hard to find many try and substitute quantity which doesn't add up the way it should, so always quality is better.

It depends on your definition of quality. I can easily live with less possessions. I can live with less people in my life... I can live with less is what I'm trying to say and still find happiness within.

Therefore, if the above definition of quality suits your question, I would opt for quantity.

Ah...Confucius senses a trick question. They are the same thing. While we can live a long, diluted life acquiring our experiences in small bits and chunks we can likewise quickly add them all up in a very concentrated manner and die soon. This is just a theory that not only happens to make sense, as it turns out, is completely right.

There is no answer to a question that essentially asks 'would you like option 'A' or 'A'.
