Murderers or just doing their job?
Do we need to keep a closer eye on private contractors or would that be too difficult and get in the way?

Some things should just not be privatized - and the military is one of those things.

I'm sure there is a little of both going on. My sister went to Louisianna during hurricane Katrina as a EMT to help and told me they were all over down there, and people were talking that they were given orders to shoot anyone no questions asked if they were in restricted areas they were not supposed to be.
I told other people about this and was called a liar, told I was buying into conspiracy theories, being un American, blah blah, but I believe my sister she was down there in person working with Fire Fighters, paramedics, etc, she would have no reason to lie about that.
Yes I think we do need to keep a closer eye, we can't trust our government blindly.

It's a mess. Our troops, though spread thinner, do a better job per soldier.
