I write it down in a poem or I write a letter about how I feel. If I'm REALLY mad or something to the point where I'm ready to break some heads, I turn on some Relient K, Hawk Nelson or Eleventyseven (Punk Rock) to maximum volume and crazy dance it out or just listen to it until I calm down.
Praying and asking Jesus for help ALWAYS works. I was in depression for five years after my mom died and now because of Him, I'm FREE!
But never cut yourself you're too good for that. Nobody deserves to have themselves as their worst enemy. Don't hurt yourself because other people are stupid idiots and make you mad.

I go to you tube or 360 ,or play a on line game I have had a very stress full week and today I was so mad but friend help

I go outside on the boxing bag. it helps ALOT! you just let your anger out... its good excercise aswell =]
When i cant be bothered doing that i go to my room and pump the music full blast to drown my sorrows... haha.

I generally listen to music or go to sleep. I have a problem right now though that makes me feel those things alot, but it makes me scared to so I cant sleep.

I usually shut up and drown myself in tears. Later, when i compose myself, i would try to talk about it. Cutting would not take your pain away; it would only add on your dark side while you need to brighten up.

gosh, don't hurt yourself when you are upset or stressed. close your eyes and relax for 5 or 10 minutes, it works for me. you might have to find what works for you. do you have a pet? icecream also makes me feel better.

Get a Bible and read the parts of it about how Jesus came to help us through the bad times. Pray and ask Jesus to help you. He will.

people tell me to do deep breathing & exercising & eating healthy. I almost drowned myself in the shower an hour ago, but my friend jumped in & stopped me. I, myself, am depressed.
