a. Add water to the gas and shake. Find the pH of the water. If it is basic you have ammonia.
b. Add water to the gas and shake. Find the pH of the water. If it is acidic, the gas is CO2.
c. Find the pH of the water. If it is acidic, you have the dilute acid. Cut yourself, and add some of the liquid to the cut. If it "fizzes", it is H2O2. If not, it is D2O.

Give me some time and I can come with tests to further identify the first two gas possibilities.
