Its a drink that does not contain alcohol that typically does. For example - a strawberry daquiri usually contains rum. If you order a "virgin" daquiri it has no rum, just strawberry puree and ice.

No, virgin in this case means without alcohol - like an innocent virgin would drink. But the term is also used to refer to products which are the first processing of a food product - most notably olive oil, which not only uses virgin, but extra virgin. Here the first pressings of the olives without extra pressure and stirring and mixing are considered the finest.
Virgin forest is woods that have never been cut, virgin prairie is grass land that has never been plowed.

I think 'virgin drink' has two meanings.
A drink that usually has alcohol in it, but will be not contain alcohol if you ask. For example a Virgin Virgin Mary, or Virgin Sex On The Beach.
Or your very first ever alcoholic drink.

This would be a drink that is normally alcoholic, like a Pina Colada, Daiquiri, etc. A virgin drink has all of the same ingredients, EXCEPT for the alcohol.
