Well my parents made us buy our own clothes when we were teenagers, so my sister had the "Jordache look."
I had the cheap "Jordache knockoff look."
I was always much more frugal than my sister...

Yes, I did have the Jordache look, and the Addidis terry short set. When it was in fashion. LOL

I wore dark blue jeans, dry cleaned. What was I thinking? A silk shirt, Fry cowboy boots and a straw cowboy hat with a feathered clip. I actually liked that look. The 80's.
My terry short suit was strapless and one piece, with elastic at the waist. Very popular with roller skates and Linda Ronstadt.

Oh yes! Remember it well. You just HAD to. I think I may try it again, who know, could start another fashion fad. Especially today. You can wear a sack, with flowers painted on it, and get away with it!

I went on a youth trip as a chaperon once, so I let my son and his friend "dress me". I had Boss jeans, a Fubu shirt, and beads! I had Lugs for shoes. (Yes there is a picture of that!).
