I knew someone would eventually have to go.

When I told my wife that I was going to get a GF she protested at first, but I did it anyway.

Now I regret it cuz they are always arguing and won't take messages for any other girls that might call me (from work or whatever).

Now I want my wife out but I don't want to have to pay alimony. Does anyone know where I can find a "non-alimony" agreement online that I can get her to sign before I file for divorce? (I don't want to have to pay a lawyer).

Thanks.

two words for you---NOT HAPPENING--First of all, you should not have gotten a girlfriend BEFORE you were divorced, 2nd, maybe if you would have put your extra effort towards your wife, instead of looking for something new you would not be in this situation, but now you have a problem you didnt even know you had, did you know that your wife can sue your g/f, and you for 'alienation of affection'? and let me tell you, you would be better off paying her alimony and the lawyer fees, because you see, the amount of money you alone will have to pay her is exactly half of your gross earnings for the time you were together, plus half of all your future earnings until you reach the age of 75, and yes you will still have to pay her that even if she does get remarried at any time! your g/f will be liable for the same amount as you are, regardless if you two stay together or not. so, if i were you, i would nix the g/f, concentrate on my wife, and see if things dont work out, then if they dont, then you file for divorce, at least that way, she can sue you or your g/f, good luck

Sounds to me like you are gonna be paying somebody no matter what, whether it's a lawyer, your wife, or a bodyguard. You got a big mess on your hands. Makes me happy to know that I am smart enough to keep myself out of **** like that! All I can say is you get what ask for buddy.

if you wanted a GF you should have divorced your wife first.
But as usual your a typical man you thought with your lower head instead of your upper head. What an ***HOLE....

most of what's said here are correct. you are so cheap, irresponsible bas*****d. if you want freedom from your wife, there is a price for that. you want a girlfirend, there is a price.

I HOPE YOUR GIRLFRIEND (AND EVERY WOMAN YOU SHALL MEET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE) KNOWS AND READS THIS QUESTION OF YOURS SO THEY WOULD KNOW EARLY ON THAT IT'S WISEST TO BE FARTHEST AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM YOU.

You don't need to get a life......you should lose it.

Did you know what marriage was before you got yourself into this situation? Sounds like you are confused.
