My name is Tigris Isabella. So my first name is Tigris (like the river) and my middle name is Isabella. My nickname is Ty. I actually kinda like my name and niackname, but I've heard crap about it my whole life...what do you think?

I think it is a beautiful name. I like unique names ,to me it means that your parent knew even before you where born that you where going to be unique and beautiful . So of course a common name wouldn't do. I also have unique name. I would tell you but i don't want anybody stealing it.

My name is Cyril. I got a lot of stick when i was a kid. At one point i even hated my name and wondered why my parents gave me that name. But now i like it and have been proud of it for the rest of my life. i will give it to you though that I have never heard Tigris though before. I can only imagine what you went through as a kid. And this is from a boy named Cyril. Why the name Tigris though. I think it is unique though.

I actually like Tigris! My brothers and i have not-so-common names. My sister HATES her name, she woulnt even let her bf know her real name. The only reason anyone knows is because of me. Her name is Atenas, she goes by Elia. I like Tigris over Isabella, Isabella is too sweet for me and Ty is a kickass nickname. By the way my name is Grecia but i go by Grace(pretty normal).

Not too crazy about Tigris, but I love the nickname Ty. I also like Isabella.
I know what you mean about names. I HATED my first and middle names -- particularly why they were chosen by my parents.
I legally changed my first and middle names last December because I hated them so much and I was tired of the crap that you are talking about.

Personally, I love your middle name. We almost named the baby I'm carrying now Isabella Grayce, but he's a he. Tigris, while unique, could be a pain to grow up with as you can tell. I would say I don't like it. But, it's your name and I'm sure your parents put meaning in it. If it helps, I don't like mine either. Melissa Joan at the height of Sabrina the teenage witch craze.....ugh!

To tell you the truth your name sounds very furious like. Tigris is like a beautiful flower blooming and Isabella sounds very girly, no offense. Isabella is actually a very organized name to me.

Tigris is very exotic. I usually don't go for the exotic names, and your name definately isn't the best name I've ever heard. But it's actually not that bad. I love your middle name, and your nickname.

You have a nice name. Very unique, just be glad you have a name that most don't.
Your parents took extra care to give you a special name and they did not cop out and go with a name that everyone your age may have.
How lucky are you that you were not referred to as Lisa T or Tanya M growin up.
