Some research does show that fish intestines were used in that era. But in Bible times, ideally, sex was only in marriage, and large families were encouraged.

Because a little rain back then, didn't spoil their hairdo, it just curled their locks and saved them a trip to the beauty parlor, so they didn't need a protective shower cap.........
