exercise, and don't take him for granted. Women just let themselves go because they feel safe . Men don't marry small women to end up with big ones 1 or 2 years later!!! No offense to large women.
Just don't get to confortable, stay active! And never buy new clothes(I mean larger sizes if you start to gain), make yourself fit into what you have. If you gain, it'll get really uncomfortable and you will lose the weight

I recently read that housework is actually more effective than going to the gym. I don't know if there is any truth to that....I'm guessing they mean good ol' fashioned housework like vacuuming, washing windows, pulling weeds everyday. But most women I know just go to the gym. A gym membership would be a good idea...especially one you have to pay for in advance...that way you'll feel obligated to go so that you get your money's worth!

Keep a Gym membership and actually go work out at least three times a week, for an hour.

Cook nicely, but don't overdo the food, thinking the way to a man's heart is through his stomach!

I am not trying to be sarcastic, but what does marriage have to do with your weight?!? I understand that people tend to let themselves go when they are comfortable with someone, but you just can't allow yourself to slip. I did, but fortunately I lost the weight, and I feel 15 times better and whether my husband admits or not, he is happier with my weight now.

Don't eat breakfast only something to drink. Don't eat alot. and when you get pregnant eat healthy and not alot, because you will get fat and you will get strech marks...
