It's reasonably high. Not enough to give you an ego trip, but enough to be able to speak to you in two and three syllable words without having to stop and explain everything.

Well, yes. Someone with a 143 IQ would rank inside the top 3% of our society. Not that it matters much. IQ is simply a measurement of one's ability to problem-solve quickly. And the more you read, the higher your IQ is likely to be. Not because reading makes you smarter, but because you are more likely to have previously encountered the subjects of various questions. Not to mention that an unusually high number of people with high IQs also suffer from various mental disorders.

yup. 100 is average 15 is the standard deviation.

143 is almost 3 stdev above the mean which is the 99th percentile

if you achieved this score officially or a friend is telling you
that they scored it.
then when the result of said test arrived it should give you a %
rating.
though that could be just those of us that score higher!
