Yes, I think you should tip the Pizza delivery person. I usually give $2.50 to $3.00 for good service on an average size order.

You bet...they don't make a whole lot for regular pay. The delivery fee is what goes to cover the gas/insurance the company pays out, unless the delivery guy is a subcontractor.

Give em a couple of bucks...unless they screwed up the order, took too long to get there, or the pizza is cold.

Yes they dont get to keep the delivery fee at all, the store does. And remember how much gas costs these days! Give them 1-5 dollars depending on the size of the order, how fast they got there and how generous you are feeling.

Yes,I think delivery people don't get pay good enough money and the fee is not alot either, when you give them a tip that's like telling them you acknowledge their hard work and maybe next time they deliver and they have other delivery they will take yours first

Absolutely! You tip the server of your table at the restaurant don't you. The delivery guy does not make much per hour and the rate of gas he gets paid for his does not match the gas prices, you should always show your appreciation for someone bringing your food to your door so you don't have to go out and get it or cook for your self.

definitely tip the pizza guy but you don't have to go overboard with it (It's not the same as a server at a restaurant who generally makes $2.13 an hour) , I always give them a little extra if it's bad weather. They get paid over minimum wage but they deserve a tip.

Yeah.
From what I've heard from people who have actually done that, the delivery fee doesn't even go to them.
