8 points AND a CDL. Your ARE lying. You would have already lost the CDL before you got 8 points. The ONLY way thing is possible is if you have the 8 points on a 'regular' license, not your CDL. If you HAVE a CDL AND a 'regular' license, that alone is illegal.

Check with your states bureau of motor vehicles. Most states will allow up to 12 points on an operators license, I don't know too much about a cdl. Also; some states offer classes that, upon completion, you will get extra points added to your license. It doesn't actually take away points, but instead of maxing out at 12 points they would give you up to 14. Good luck :D

Well, since you said 2 months ago, you had a suspended license, you wil probably lose your CDL (if you really have one). Actually, I hope so. Your driving isn't good enough to be on the road in anything bigger than a car, if that.

I agree, English should be required. But, alot of truckers are Mexican drivers hauling from Mexico to the U.S., thanks to NAFTA. I also think cell phone use in commercial vehicles banned. I have seen many local truck drivers yaking it up on the phone, and running red lights, making dangerous lane changes, etc.
