if a bunch of white kids had stomped a black kid nearly to death and got sentenced to 22 years, would je$$e jack$on have gone down to jena and complained how 22 years isn't enough, instead of complaining how 22 years is too much for a black kid who was part of a group who stomped a white kid nearly to death?

Yes, he would say they should get life in prison, but since it is the other way around, the violent perps in this case are now being looked at as victims of the system. Disgusting.

How can they compare a violent crime to hanging nooses? It is ridiculous. Jesse Jackson and Al Shaprton are the biggest racists. Black people claim they aren't racists but they are the ones basically keeping racism alive. I know alot of people who have been attacked physically by black people in big cities. Not All, but most are violent, racist, and think they do know wrong. If it were reversed and it was 6 white people who beat a black kid, the blacks would demand attemped 2nd degree murder charge. Even if that boy was saying racial comments there is no excuse for violence. I also doubt he would say those things if he was out numbered 6 to 1. Ridiulous! Jena 6 needs attempted 2nd degree murder and yes they are old enough to be tryed as adults.

i dont know where you got your information from. this is a very biased question. Jena, LA is a racist bred town. the white young man in this situation was not stomped nearly to death and he was an outpatient. more research on the under publicised story needs to be done. In fact the white kid involved in the fight went to a party that night. The black kid acted in retaliation from an earlier fight and nooses being hung from the "white tree."

The hit the kid from behind and ganged up on him and kicked him. 22 years is not enough. You are right, if the roles were reversed this would already be on the Presidents desk and we would have had to call out the National guard.

The answer is no because Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton for that matter, could not leverage their own personal interests by complaining about injured white kids. Money and greed is their GOD.
How pathetic.
