4-p has got to be some play involving the second baseman. As for the "P?" Scorekeepers often develop their own methods, but a letter after the putout combination usually describes the play. My guess is "pop-up," in the way that "F" might be fly ball or foul pop, "U" would mean unassisted, "L" might mean line drive.

So, 4-p would likely be a pop-up to the second baseman. That's my best guess, but I can't think of anything else it would be.

9-right field
