Dana. Josie just makes me think of that movie Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore and Julie sound more like a nickname that you call a child instead of what someone would want to be called in the professional world.

Julie - I love this as a nickname for Juliana or Julia. I don't think Julie can stand alone, without seeming to informal. You could always just use Julie for short though.
Josie - It's nice, but only as a nickname for Josephine.
Dana - I think it's a little bit outdated. It kind of reminds me of the 80s for some reason. Have you considered using it as a nickname for the more modern Jordana?
