i want to restore my pc to same state as bought. i can do this system restore by pressing a F button for example F7 on my computer but how can i restore my laptop? i dont want to do all the rubbish like with a cd and stuff just want a simple answer like when its loading up press F* or something thanks.

You should try hitting F8 instead. That is the one that lets you choose how to start Windows. Safe mode, last known good configuration, safe mode with networking, and so on. You will lose all of your data if you do a RESTORE!!

hi.. i think factory defaults are not installed on laptop as an installation file coz it would take up a lot of hard disk spaces. Try using the disc.. it would do autoformat for you. just let it run.
