If Hillary and Bill get the chance and attempt this, they're going to be awfully disappointed. Guess they should have spent some time living in, say, Europe or the commonwealths (as regular Joe's) and they would have known that the anti-Americanism was there already -- there just wasn't as much global communication to show it.

He'll make it great, again, our reputation. Bill Clinton didn't show strength when he was president, he showed weakness by not attacking our enemies who committed terrorist attacks on USA, and our Soldiers, the USS Cole in Yemen, our embassy in Africa, and he did NOTHING in Somalia.
You see, the rest of the world likes America weak not strong, because they're jealous of any country who is strong, so yes, Billy Boy is the perfect man to "fix" USA's reputation to the world, no matter how wrong having that "good" reputation is.
