I've been dieting and exorsizing for a month now, and I just started my period for the first time that I've been doing this. For the week leading to my period, I worked the hardest, but didn't loose a thing. Now that I'm 3 days into it, I've lost a couple pounds. So I was wondering if pre-period is it harder to loose weight? Or during your period? (I wasn't bloating or cramping or anything, so it wasn't weight from that, if you do gain any from bloating)

Your fluid retention rate is different throughout the cycle. That is, your body may be keeping more water right before your period starts. Keep exercising and check your weight after your period is over. When trying to lose weight, you should be concerned with the overall picture, i.e. what happens in the course of 2 weeks, not with an instantaneous picture, i.e. what happens from one day to another.

In my opinion, dieting and excersing helps you lose but there are some down sides.:
People are different when they trying to lose weight. I use to do the same...I lose 2 pounds a month but when I got older doing the same I found I was losing nothing.
If you just starting having your periods, you will experience some body weight. Some women have cramps and some of us don't doesn't mean you are gaining weight. Blowing up at that time of the month is normal about 1 pound. You probably should weigh your self a week before and week after every month. When you about to go off your period, you noticed that the extra fluid is gone. So follow through how your dieting and excersing is affecting that time of the month.

Another advise, ask your doctor about your concerns. He/she will advise you on a professional level.

I usually gain maybe a pound in the week before my period, I don't if most people have that happen or not, but it definitely happens to me. So yes, it's harder to lose it then if you do gain weight in that time. Anyway, I always lose any weight that I gain in that time naturally soon after my period starts. So, I wouldn't exercise your hardest during that week, since it may be harder for you to lose weight then.

Your body is adjusting to the new demands of working out. It is normal to level off, with or without your period. Keep doing what you're doing and the weight loss will catch up with you. Drink lots of water, especially right before your period, that helps with sugar cravings as a result of the drop in blood glucose levels right before your period.
But bottom line - no weight loss is weight loss any day of the month, has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle.

whilst grew to become into the final time you took a being pregnant try? i'd take yet another. 7 months is an unusual volume of time to have amenorrhea positioned up-childbirth while you're actually not on any form of delivery administration OR breastfeeding.

you tend to put on a couple of pounds just before your period but should lose it again when it ends

you do gain weight from bloating (it's just water weight, though). you don't necessarily appear bloated, but it is the water that makes it seem like you weigh more. try a diuretic pill like diurex. it makes you pee a lot, but you won't weigh as much.
