I know you were in your 30s and watched them. My favorite was the Flock of Seagulls singing I Ran So Far Away and Michael Jackson's Thriller. I also loved Wierd Al's Beat It parody.

Actually I didn't watch them unless they were playing at an eating establishment. I am not one to watch much TV, as I have too much to do. I also don't pay for TV services, as I can get 8 channels for free, why do I need more. So, I get news on the radio, mostly, and on the internet. I do watch a video on occasion.

You people must be a lot
younger than me. Back in
my young adulthood, there
WAS NO MTV. OR vh1.
In fact, there was NO TV.
I even remember back when
there was NO COMPUTERS.
I remember when Steve Job
and Bill whatshisname were
just punk kids playing with
wires in the garage.
I used to ride to work with
a Computer Programmer and
he was one of the company
elite. He actually made the
programs for the computers
to run.
These computers lined the
fireproof walls of huge rooms.
It was all blinking lights and
tapes rolling and very noisy.
How they made any sense
of it was a wonder to me.

I didn't watch it all the time, but "Thriller" for sure! It was the best thing Michael Jackson ever did.
