My mother wakes up one mornning and finds a light bulb on the floor of my brother room's, that was neatly placed, taken from the ceiling light in his room. She looks at it, and says "that's weird", and throws it away. Later on, she asks all of the four people in the house if they came in the room took the light bulb out the light and neatly placed it in the middle of the floor. we all said no, and we were not lying.

We formulated that between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00am, someone or something came in the room and took the light.

Here are some possibilities-
-My sleeping walking dad unintentionally took the light bulb. But then my mom always catches when he sleeps walks.
-I did it when I sleeped walked, but very unlikely
-a ghost giving us a sign
- a man hiding in our house

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUSTIFY HOW THIS COULD HAVE POSSIBLY HAPPENED.

OMG of course I'm serious. And there is a 42, 36, 15 (and indifferent), 14, and 6 years old in the house.

although you have given me very little to go on to base a sound explaination, i can tell you this much... call it ghosts, or spirits, whatever, there could very well be someone from another realm trying to communicate with someone in your home.

as to a trick or joke... it would be very difficult and elaborate to take the time to remove a bulb a place in a certain manner.

regardless of what it turns out ... enjoy the mystery and let us all know how it turns out

It might be a quantum lightbulb... this is very hard to understand so be patient
you see, this is how quantum stuff works, atoms, the building blocks of matter, have tiny electrons circling around them, right? so if there are electrons circling around the atom, then there is always a tiny tiny tiny chance, like 0.000000000001% that what happend could of happened. you can either know how fast it is, or where it is. if u no where it is , then u dont no how fast it is and vice versa. but because that happened, ur house is probably full of quantum energy and something like that could happen again probably. or it could just be some ghost in your house telling you to cut down on your electric use... very unlikley

Don't assume supernatural occurrences based on one incident.
If you see a pattern, consult some ghost busters. Ghost busting is very popular today and there are groups all over the country that go around checking out reports of the supernatural.

Perhaps it just fell out, maybe it never was in the socket properly. Maybe it bounced on the way down off the bed or something and didn't break as it's fall was cushioned.
One incident doesn't mean anything in my opinion.

The first one because if it was a ghost you would actually understand or give a meaning to the light bulb....

Sounds like there's some kids at the teen "poltergist" stage living in the house.

How about waiting until a few more things happen that you can't explain before you declare that your house is haunted? You need more evidence than this!
