hey i hv a cybercom laptop i want to whipe the hardrive so that it only has what it fist came with. i dont want to restore it to a certain point or defrag etc i jus want a whole system restore to like new. thanks if people can help :D

Best would be to use the Recovery CD that came with the laptop.

Obtain your Windows XP disc, and delete the C Drive (aka Hard Drive) when it comes up on the blue screen, then go through the process of reinstalling Windows XP.

Great for removing viruses and other problems you are having.

or
go to best buy and have them do for u. its $200-$300.

Get the OS cd and put it in the drive. Re-boot and re-install OS.
