im geting bord of life and need a kick start.

Start doing qui gong exercise and change your attitude toward life.

Take up a hobby, smile often and appreciate the fact that you woke up alive and well today! Think about the blessings in your life, including the fact that you can still enjoy and smell the flowers. That the sun is shining or that the rain will bring more flowers. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and find all the good things in your life.

Qui gong exercise will make you feel energetic and refreshed.

A skinny dip in the cold sea is the best short, sharp way. Long term set yourself a challenging goal that will take some time and energy to complete. Make a list of possible goals and pick one (learn something technical, write short stories online, do voluntary work with disadvantaged people, etc).

Go for acupuncture! It will help balance you so that you can appreciate life. Acupuncture is not only for sick people, it is for people "out of balance" with their life.

Go outside and take a deep breath and think of all you are thankful for!

Do something creative. Exercise part of your mind that you don't usually exercise.

Do something for someone else. Preferably without them knowing that you did it. Then see their joy.

Plant something and watch it grow. You are watching a miracle.

Throw a frisbee with a dog -- enjoy the unconditional love.

Do something that challenges you and is maybe, just a little, dangerous -- mountain bike down a steep trail, try climbing at a rock gym, even try a parachute jump!

Good luck! Life is too darn short to be bored.

I feel the same! I wish I knew but sometimes being positive (whatever that means) helps. & watching what you say to urself..using affirmations such as my life is getting better & better, life is full of wonderful opportunities for me, etc..
Also, find a new hobby, something you haven;t tried b4, that gets you going! for example canoeing,badminton where you can meet new people also?
