A CEO in many cases has over 30 years employer journey, a Masters degree or PHD in employer. so as that they've a great form of journey and artwork 60 to 80 hours a week maximum Exxon clerks are the two out of highschool, are pupils in college, or people who've very little or no education. So as a result you gets a commission consistent with journey. What does an Exxon gasoline station clerk understand approximately working a employer? They do understand the thank you to ask "do you like a doughnut along with your espresso?"

Because to those CEOs, they are a commodity, like the crude oil. Any money squeezed out of the labor costs is more for the profit stream.

economics isn't your strong point, is it, most gas stations are franchises. be sides you get paid what your worth.If your life's ambition is to work at a connivance store,or a gas station then you deserve to make $7.00 an hour. you do understand what a franchise is don't you?
