One of my friend's friends was a complete idiot and mixed a pure alcohol and pure vodka together and whilst he was drinking it he got knocked out. After his operation he was still extremely drunk to the point where he couldn't even walk straight so he had to be put in a wheel chair, how hilarious is this?

What anaesthesiologist or surgeon would allow an operation under those conditions? Sounds like a load of crap.

First off..getting that drunk is never funny, it's dangerous. Second of all..what do you mean by 'operation?' No competent medical staff would operate on a person with any amount of blood alcohol, especially if they need anesthesia. The chances of the person aspirating are increased a hundred fold. Let us not forget that alcohol can also conceal the effects of a head injury, which he had if he was knocked out.
So...overall, my answer to your question is...it isn't even mildly funny let alone 'hilarious.'
