You need more fibre in your diet buddy ............... try peeling an apple and grating it, letting the air oxidise it (turn it brown), and eat it up .................... the pectin in apples is brilliant for bulking up loose stools as are bananas.

CHEERS

****edit****

I got the impression from your question that your stools came along really easily?? Are they bulky or runny ............ if they are runny then you need to bulk up your stools with fibre !!

Really a partner should be there for you when you are having a difficult time. That is what relationships are all about. Its understanding he is hesitant becaus he may feel that if you through another patch then you may push him away again. Read here https://tr.im/YWAdd

I am going through something similar, but she hasnt made any contact to come back to me, and I know even though I may want her, I would be hesitant because of the possibility of going through the same thing again.

I dont know how long you have been apart, but dont pester him to get back with you, although it would be good for you to let him know your feelings, and that you are sorry for pushing him aside.

If he is willing to chat, then great, if he is reluctant, just offer to be a friend maybe, but you have to know that it does not mean he will come back to you.

He will care about you, even after what iv gone through...feelings dont just dissapear no matter what he may say. Stick in there. only time will tell.

If you get another chance, then make the most of it and never let him go awain because if you do, he will never come back. I really hope it works out for you. Its a difficult thing to go through.

Yeah, you can try lowering the intake of deary, beans, control control de rate of carbohydrates you ingest too. Those are the main things that may make you gassy. Try drinking water and doing some exercise. A good thing is to lie down on bed against a wall with your legs up, I mean, in an" L" shape If it persists, go to a doctor.

Theres a lot of good advice in the responses, but maybe also you gulp your food taking in a lot of air. Do you suffer with indigestion? or upper epigastric pain (under the right rib and around to the back) could signify gall bladder disease - simply rectified. Try also taping a black bag to your bot, you could get to Spain on a free of charge hot air baloon.
Your bum may need an mot seems your breaks need seeing to (keep skidding lol )

It's probably just diet-related, and you really don't have a significant problem. Foods that cause flatulence would include beans, broccoli, grains, apples, and many more. I'm not saying you should avoid those foods. And also, my theory anyway, is that stress causes flatulence, because I was always stressed out at school which made me fart often, but when I started homeschooling, it stopped.

Thanks for asking!

LOL! If I didn't know better I would think you were my ex husband lol. Anyway, I know someone already said this, but watch what you eat and drink. Some things were already mentioned but also watch out for lettuce and grapes. Those can get you every time. And if you drink pop make sure it is cold because, and yes I know it sounds strange, but warm pop will make you have plenty of gas. But at least its not staying in and hurting lol. Good luck hun :)

Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/NC1Na

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.

A cork or bung! Failing that you need to bulk your stools out with bran. Despite what people think it doesn't make you go like mad but it does soak excess fluid up in the bowel. Yuck fancy me answering this as I was just gonna get a drink and my supper! lol:-D

Edit
So I see the thumbs downers are having a field day. I have suffered with this problem myself for over 6 years. It is a side effect of chemotherapy. I have 3 times been hospitalised due to the severity of my condition. I have had 4 flexible sigmoidoscopies and 5 barium enemas whilst they tried to sort me out. They couldn't do anything, bu, on the advice of 3 different doctors/surgeons I now have to eat between 4 - 6 ounces of bran every day! Bran bulks out stools therefore alleviating a lot of problems! I am not in the habit of dishing out erroneous or misleading advice. Humph!

Do you use Splenda or anything with it ( listed as sucralose on some ingredient list and other names when combined with other substances). Splenda causes me and numerous other people I know to produce mass quantities of methane. Do a google to check out what the stuff is.
