my controller randomly shuts off during a game. Now the green lights are flashing often now. Is it old batteries ALREADY? i only had it for about a week!

Yep most likely old batteries...well unless its a wired one? Is it? If its wireless, just put new batteries in it. It happens often to me. Had my for about a year. Also, try turning the Xbox off, or hit the battery pack of the controllers, if they wont stop blinking. Hope ya get it fixed!

My batteries usally last 8-12 hours. Get rechargable batteries you will save a bundle.

Yes the batteries are dead; they only last about 16-18 hours. You need a rechargeable pack.

Yes, if your talking about a cordless controller of course. The batteirs they put in the controller before you buy it are EXTREMLY CHEAP! Take them out and get some new tripple A batteirs. The same thing happend to me. If that still doesnt work go to bungie.net and tell them the problem. They should be able to help you!
