I all ways wear lace & sometimes I wear leather over my lace.

I definitely agree with "Charmz" The leather on the outside and the lace on the inside. You get the best of both worlds!

I've never looked good in lace,although my wife can wear it. Neither one of us could wear much leather and look even remotely plausible.
