if you really think about smoking weed legally would make fast foods, and grocery stores even more money..
and also weed maybe cut down drinking.

Then I wouldn't be doing anything different b/c whether it's legal or not im gonna keep smoking it( : But it would be cool if it was legal and you could walk into a gas station and ask for a certain strain of weed that would be awesome!

Heres how it goes basically. Marijuana can not be legal because if it is then the government will tax the hell out of it and put extreme limitations on it. The drug dealers and the drug market would get out of control and it could be chaos. Now I'm not downing anything I love to smoke weed but the closest thing we will ever get to "legal" is decriminalization, which is basically what they have in Amsterdam and other parts of the world where weed smoking isnt taken as seriously as it here in the states. Decriminalization makes it legal to consume the drug in a designated area and to be high from the drug. You cant get busted for having the substance on you as long as your not packing weight. I mean really that would be perfect. I just didnt want to get in trouble any more.

None. The federal goverment has made it clear that marijuana is illegal in the United States. Some states may have laws that allow for medical marijuana or lenient sentences for marijuana in small amounts. Denver allows for possession of small amounts too. It all means nothing if you are found with Marijuana by a federal officer. Federal Law usurps state laws.

dude i wish you wouldnt have done so many p.s.s.s.s.s.s.s but i agree with what ur saying my thoughts exactly its kind of hard to bust ppl for driving high tho all i can think that they could do is a saliva test tand that goes back like 14 hrs they need to figure out a way to tell if you are high right then. like at work with a piss test i understand i shouldnt come to work high... all the time but if i smoke when i get get home or on the weekends thats my own business.

I don't think it would be bad. It's a good idea really. Weed is not really any worse than alcohol. Make the smoking age 21 instead of 18. You know they would tax the hell out of it too.

Are you kidding how could they collect taxes for it. That stuff will grow anywhere. A few get thrown out of the cars and in ten years instead of grass along side the roads it would be all marijuana. That's why they call it weed.

that would be so great but i bet they'd tax the sh!t out of it!!! i think it is less of a danger than drinking!! i'd rather smoke and drive than drink and drive any day of the week......drinking kills people...weed doesnt.....it actually is used as medicine in some cases!!!! what is this craziness with all these uptight people saying no to the green?? they just dont understand...
