Well, i'm not too sure. The birds we call seagulls here i suspect are actually herring gulls. they certainly do their bit to clean up the flotsam and jetsam in the town centre after the weekend festivities. i once saw one swallow a whole dundee peh in a oner. i've been attacked by them, but not injured; but i have witnessed quite nasty head wounds in bald men who have crossed their path. my favourite seagull of all time has to be jonathan livingstone.

I watched a Seagull at the beach for 15 minutes as he(she) was trying to swallow a chicken thigh bone.
It finally got it down.
I can't imagine the poo!

Well I don't want to talk mean about an innocent animal but I do know that because there are so many on Chicago beaches the water gets contaminated and they have to close the beach down.
I guess I should just say I think they are annoying and pretty much a useless bird.

the eagles are better!! especially yahoos pet one! :)
but man have caused the seagull problem like they cause all the problems in the world so its not the beautiful birds fault all they want to do is eat to live & survive,should make man do better with their rubbish
