ancient Greece and ancient Rome. I am not sure why but I get real sense of deja vu when I read about these people. I also love greek mythology.

The French Revolution. I love the whole story about how the people just eventually said "ENOUGH" & overthrew the monarchs.
Also, I'm fascinated by Hitler's story. I can't believe 1 man managed to indoctrinate an entire nation into allowing 6 million people to die. It's quite scary actually. But it's interesting to speculate the psychology of it all.

I have been doing research for my genealogy family tree and have learned quite a lot about my ancestors around the time of the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812 and the Civil War. It fascinates me because I am learning how my ancestors actually had to fight indians to keep their land in Texas around 1840 or so. They were literally on the edge of the frontier at that time.

i actually % to learn wars from international conflict II and on returned yet i actually do not understand precisely the place my fascination comes from because of the fact it fairly is not that i'm a violent man or woman. I additionally take exhilaration in interpreting the classic priests because of the fact of their sole dedication to know-how, books, and God, 3 issues that I even have committed component of my life to (aside from God who i've got committed my total life to). P.S. sorry if the fractions do not probably upload up

The Victorian era. The Industrial Revolution was in full swing, everything was driven by steam and people were more civilised than they are today.

The second world war - I think everyone it affected was so brave and just got on with things in a very British way and I also love the fashion at the time. I think living in the East End of London makes me think about what it was like for everyone here in the war and how the women in particular coped with so much so that's probably the reason for my facination with it.

I really like the whole 20th century. It seems that everything that happened then has a direct effect on how things are today. It's like watching a kid grow up. We went from only allowing white men to vote to allowing women and minorities to vote. The political unrest of the 20th century posed questions of ethics that completely fascinate me. :)
