In the past couple weeks this section of Y!Answers has grown into such a melange of fun; levity; trivia and deep questions too that I am thoroughly HOOKED!
What about you? Have you been inspired to hang around longer?

Both inspired and despondent. Inspired because you get to interact mostly with your peer group from all over the world, with interesting interjections from youngsters as well. The topics are so varied, from nostalgia to jokes to riddles - they all hold your attention and evoke interesting, witty responses. But despondent too, for I notice once you become a familiar figure here, you often get unwelcome attention like getting reported for absolutely innocent questions or answers, getting stalked etc. Many have responded by making their networks private, but then the whole purpose gets lost for you have come here to interact with others, haven't you?

It is a great site. Some time back, there was a question about if you were a procrastinator, I am very much so. But because of that question, I managed to go out and finish installing my water line, hooked it up and had water inside my little 8 X 30 travel trailer after living here for about 3 years. I did just have a water hose to the trailer. I also have now started my sewer line as well. I have also learned a lot of things on this site as well.
I get up in the morning and check for new questions before going to work, almost late a couple of times, lol. As soon as I get home from work, I check for new questions. Some times I stay up longer than I should reading and answering questions. Am I hooked? I think I might me just a little.
This is one of the friendliest sites that I have found. Another good thing about this site is you don't have to stick with one subject.

I have been inspired as well. I like others have learned to get by with less sleep,but I find I feel more rested now. It's nice to see so many new additions to our happy site. I enjoy answering questions but I have a dickens of a time trying to think up questions so if I see something from time to time that is interesting I'll just share it here. I hope Eve is feeling better and look forward to her return. I check out crafts and gardening and someimes recipes but this site feels like home.

I like, and always HAVE LIKED, the fact that people from all walks of life, many different countries of the globe, and a host of diversant cultures can interact beautifully on here, with just a little tolerance shown on all sides.
THAT has inspired me to reach out to a melange of new friends. I USED TO BE a loner you know. A solitary hermit. Yahoo Answers, Senior's sub-category (with a little help from my multigenerational family) has changed that.

I don't sleep long so I really like it here, there is someone from a different time frame always up and at 'em when I awake. I enjoy the levity and the serious side, and a new butt showed up today. Not for long I hope. There are many funny, creative and seriously nice people here.

Yes, I'm an addict ! Its the first thing I check out while having my breakfast, and the last thing I do at night, like now. I love the mix of reminiscence, trivia, jokes and fantasy. Its lovely to feel that you are on the same wavelength as other people all over the world, and to exchange opinions and knowledge. Its the greatest !

i think of the topic with asking those over-generalized and biased questions is which you're soliciting a biased answer to help your view as a results of fact you state your viewpoint on your question to attraction to those on your prefer. as a result, you will in no way get the respond you're searching for - which (working occasion), you will in no way get in case you're inquiring for each guy or woman's settlement or disagreement on your opinion and not an unquestionably considerate answer to describe the social/psychological history at the back of human habit. I discover this site about a month ago and it has become like mind candy. I read a lot to see where the questions and answers were going and the quality of both and have decided to come back and stay awhile. Y'all have a great thing going here and I'm pleased with what I have seen. I'm stayin'.

Yes, it does inspire me and I'm hooked too. This is a wonderful diverse group of folks, yet I see things in others, that remind me of myself. This site has me laughing, singing, remembering, and even thinking. Sometimes, someone says something that really touches my heart and I wish reach out to them and tell just how much I care.

This has been my favorite section since joining Y/A. There is a great mixture of serious questions and fun stuff. Tongue in cheek answers are acceptable and people don't freak out as much.
