I leave most of my snakes alone for a minimum of 2 days. If they've had a large meal, I'll wait three.

Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. Depends on the size of snake and also the size of the meal.

I don't know. Since I feed my snakes in a seperate container from where they live, they get handled almost immediately after they eat with no ill effects. I'm not saying to handle them roughly immediately after feeding, but they can be handled without mishap.
