I am suggesting that we let our voices be heard and start a grass root campaign calling for all Americans to vote all the Washington incumbents out of office in 2008. The republicans are crooks and the democrats have not listened nor are they likely too....so....let's try some new fresh blood in Washington. What do you say?

I'm with Shortbus and Mission. Haul 'em off in trucks and force them to retire at 65 like most of the population they represent.

What's the point? If you kick out all the incumbents, you'll just let the next Republican or Democrat in line get a seat.

I've heard it said that "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

I agree for about 99% of the incumbents. Ron Paul would deserve to stay and I am sure there are a few others that have a shred of integrity and are ethical.

Politics were never meant to be a career. I have no problem with them all going home and anyone who is worried that they'll lose senority in the congress is married too much to the process and part of the problem.

We can call it the people's "Nobody left in place act"

Great idea but as yet there is no viable, national 3rd party.

Those currently in power will do whatever it takes to stay in power, including ballot access restrictions, no primaries for 3rd parties, etc.

works for me... but isn't likely to happen... I agree with you... we should dump em all at the primaries and start fresh... but, again, it isn't likely to happen.
