For you? You've got great eyes, and nice facial structure so frame it like a picture. Lose the "forced" hair parting. It doesn't look natural on you and fights with your great looks. Get a layered shoulder length pageboy style with textured bangs that "fall" into a natural parting. Also tell the stylist you want the cut to be a little funky.

You can't see all of her hair in the picture, but she looks great the way she is. She has that thick luxurious hair that guys think is so sexy, but she would look good with a shorter style too, as long as it isn't so short that she looks "Butch".
