I didn't look at your images, but in my opinion:
If you aren't pretty you aren't going anywhere in today's video culture - there are exceptions of course but for the most part you have to be at least pretty or good looking. Watch VH1 classics & you'll really see the difference.
Video killed the radio star (it's a song & it foretold the future)!

They all look like thugs & bums!
Most of today's "singers" are NOT singers.
The music world has gone pretty much to hell thanks to rap & hip-hop.
There's a few exceptions...Christina Aguilera can actually sing, as do a few others.
