Print it, the go to Kinko's and ask them to bind the pages together. Done.

Check out lulu.com It's a web site where you can publish your book as a hard copy or paperback and can print a single copy or a bunch of them. An acquaintance of mine has done this, and has been very happy with it.

You need a vanity press. LuLu.com is reputable, but there are others you could check out as well. Just be careful, because there are some nasty scams out there.
