What's the name of the psychedelic tune heard in (either the insurance or etrade) commercial?

It has an older man with white hair talking to the camera about either insurance or something and he's on a beach, and the song begins playing duh, duh, duh, duh, duh...and repeats the drum beat like that. Towards the end the music is playing, but theirs no lyrics. Please help if you know!! Thanks!

If it's the commericial I'm thinking of, it's "Gimme Some Lovin'" by The Spencer Davis Group.
