Hi everyone i want to lose about 35 pds, however i would love to be able to keep my thick muscular fat legs which are so pretty, I have big calvesand everyone always compliments me on them, and my husband loves them! and plus i hate skinny legs.

anyway how can i have big legs and lose weight? i dont want to lose my beautiful legs so please let me know, what exercises can help make them thicker thanks

Believe it or not swimming burns more calories than nearly all other exercises. Any Orthopedic (bone) Dr. will tell you it is the absolutely best way to exercise without the possibility of hurting muscles. And by the way, swimming and or ice skating will make your thighs and calf muscles absolutely gorgeous .
I also love thick shapely muscular legs, your husband's very lucky man. No Bony Moroney's for me either!

squats, deadlifts, lunges, calf press, calf raise.
