do you ever feel like your problems are not important? That's you should just forget your problems or just sometimes just ignore them? And you think to yourself "other people have bigger problems i don't have as big as other people do" or "compared to poor people or just some other people i have a great life"

i do sometimes, but it's not your fault that other people have problems and it's okay to worry about whats going on in your life, just as long as you try to do something to make it better.

yes. This is called humanity, its normal to feel like this, its less likely that you will feel like you have problems that are worse then everyone elses and no one comes close, even the starving kids in Africa. Narcissists think like this!

I do think though that all peoples problems are relative to both the society and the life they live, everyone experiences hell, for different reasons, each have their own causes and feel like the hell is never going to end at the time, it doesnt matter where they are or who they are.

I dont think you should just ignore your problems, part of life is dealing with problems and learning that you matter as much as the starving kids in Africa. Its ok to talk to someone about things its ok to get help and its more then ok to feel low or depressed or stressed by your problems.

Trying to ignore them wont make them go away, it will just teach you to bottle them up and may cause you mental health problems way far and beyond what you can grasp.

Yes, I feel like that all the time. I look at my own problems, and think they're so huge, then I realize just how small and unimportant they are in the large scheme of things. I think that this realization has actually helped me get over myself, because I spend more time thinking about the grander scale, and less about myself.

Sometimes I think like that, but I can't continually ignore certain things. If they aren't dealt with they become bigger issues. So I think it is healthy to identify my problems(opportunities) and not just worry but discover a solution so I can move forward. If your like me I don't feel stress, but my body tells me when I'm stressed. I think when we don't solve our problems it puts stress on our bodies. You can always talk to someone........

No I don't. Although I care about other people's problems, their problems are not my problems and I think my problems are important.
