That can only happen if he moves America towards fascism even more and faster so he can rewrite History any way he sees fit.
In the Bush administration "the negation of truth is so systematic. Dishonest accounting, willful scientific illiteracy, bowdlerized federal fact sheets, payola paid to putative journalists, 'news' networks run by right-wing apparatchiks, think tanks devoted to propaganda rather than thought, the purging of intelligence gatherers and experts throughout the bureaucracy whose findings might refute the party line -- this is the machinery of mendacity...The point here is not the hypocrisy involved, though that is egregious. The point is the downgrading of truth and honesty from principles with universal meaning to partisan weapons to be sheathed or drawn as necessary. No wonder the Bush administration feels no compunction to honor the truth or seek it; it conceives truth as a tactic, valuable only insofar as it is useful against one's enemies." Russ Rymer

One thing is sure, he is the only leader in history to get even one country to give up WMD's, not once, but twice. Talking North Korea and Lybia into giving up WMD's is a major accomplishment.
Now its starting to come to light that Iraq indeed did move its weapons to Syria. The majority of Iraqi generals have been saying this all along, including General Sada, the man who you see sitting directly next to Saddam in all the videos made during the gulf war. Mr.Sada was thrown into Abu Graib prison for refusing to kill American POW's, and is the only high level leader who has not committed any crimes against humanity. He is a very reliable source, and was promoted strait from 1 star general to 5 star general because he was the only general to tell Saddam exactly how bad they would be defeated in the first gulf war.
There are also tapes of Saddam Hussein speaking with scientists about the possibility of attacking Washington DC, and improving the lethality of its missiles by altering the altitude they release chemical weapons.
Besides that, the economy is the best its been in decades, and the quality of education has risen several percentage points since he took office.
Also, he is the only president in history to reverse a recession, ever. No president has ever been able to reverse a recession during their terms.

I do not believe that George W. Bush would like to go down as the Best president of the United States. Personally I believe that he wants to be remember as a president who done the best he could while in office. The American people who say that he was one of the worst presidents. However, he did not sit around and do nothing about what happened to the American people on Tuesday, September 11, 2001. Another president who probably say something like; Oh they did mean to murder all those people. They probably would let it go. Think about it!!

I agree with Lillian, Cute, and many more of you.
You see, GWB stood his ground when many of you/us would have just cowarded down when it seemed the whole USA, the whole WORLD in fact was against him! But he stood up for what he KNOWS is the right thing. He didnt let ANYONE bully him into anything less!!! YAY for him! no, he isnt perfect, but i think he is one heck of a great president, and a 100% stand above Clinton, who disgraced this country and the world by teaching , allowing , lying, denying, he was giving Sex in the royal office! SHAME ON HIM! How DARE him let our children see such filth!!!
So those of you who are booing our President, you need to be thankful he has took a stand FOR YOU!!!! Because if we didnt have boys over there fighting for OUR FREEDOM....we wouldnt be here today to even have this argument!
Grow up!

Because of his incredible popularity as demonstrated by his poll numbers, his reversal of the Clinton deficits and creation of the record surplus we are currently enjoying, his commitment to integrity, honest government and checks and balances, his successful prevention of 9-11, his prompt capture of Osama Bin Laden and defeat of Al Quaida, his bringing stability to the middle east, and of course his elevation of the esteem the rest of the world holds for America.

W will go down, I am confident, as the worst President we have ever had, against some stiff competition (e.g., Harding). The damage he has done -- diplomatic, social, financial, military -- will take generations to correct. He richly deserves to be impeached, or even tried as a war criminal. But I don't think we are up to that, we're too fat, dumb and happy to bother

Bush made stupidity and empty emotional rhetoric fashionable, which opened the door for hysterical uninformed people to wave the flag around and pretend they had something important to say.
