Questions about a spell and October!?

I was thinking about some friends from Middle school who i haven't seen in a while and i have no other way of talking to them so i was thinking about casting a spell to help me meet up or something, any ideas. i don't know what type or what the spells called, hints!! um...So because its October, are spells like stronger? even if your not the type of witch who does Black Magick? another question, if someone casted a spell..like at some point of the day that the spell is active does it get stronger at like a certain hour? like Noon for example?

Magick is not to be used for such mundane tasks as locating lost friends...get on the internet...grab a phone book...whatever....you seem to be very...inexperienced...in the magick field to be asking such trivial questions....I only say this in this way because you are asking this question as easily as you would ask "Hey...should I use the "Yellow Book" or the "Yellow PAGES." What you are attempting to do is very insignificant to the magick world..have a little respect for it, please....
In regards to the black magic question you had, I'm not going to get all superior on you and say "There is no Black Magic, and there is no White.." OF COURSE there is...Black magick is voodoo...black magick is any magick you attempt to do that will result in a negative outcome...it is used to cause harm to others and to have you, as the spell caster, benefit from the loss of others... Black Magick is a term used to descrbe negative power....It's the old Black is Evil, white is pure and good concept....I say this in a magick sense, and NO OTHER.....Wicca, for example, is White Magick....Voodoo, is black magick...
Time is irrelevent....your belief in what your doing, the spell your casting, the magick you are attempting to produce, is what lends success to any spell....the more you believe, the more sucessful your spell will be...
Spells are NOT stronger because it is October...The end of October (the exact day varies on the year) is known as Samhain (Pronounce So-Ween.)
It is the day that the veil between the living world and the spirit world are the thinnest....It is the day that you can expect to encounter or communicate with spirits that have passed. It has been this way for centuries....People actually used to carve scary faces in turnips and put them on their walkways to ward off the bad spirits that slipped through this veil during this annual time...that's where we get the carving of pumpkins from..
If you are truly interested in this subject, there is a ton of literature out there for you....go to your local bookstore....lots of interesting stuff there.

If you're truly such a novice about magic, you shouldn't be attempting to perform it. I studied theory for months before I started casting spells.

1) If you can avoid doing magic to get what you want, then don't use magic. Just find your friend. Ask around. Phone them.

2) The strength of a spell depends entirely on your own power. Times and places don't affect strength.

3) There is no such thing as "black" magic. Magic has no color, and the only way to know if it's good or bad is the intention of the caster.

Sorry if I sound a little harsh, it's nothing on you. It's just that I've answered way too many of these sorts of questions over the months.

Do not cast spells unless absolutely necessary. Look for your friends on MySpace or in the phone book. Magic is neither black nor white. It is how the practitioner uses it. I have had better results casting at midnight.

I could forged a spell that there could be a diamond mine underneath Anfield so we will be able to get all of the gamers on the earth! I'd forged a spell in order that the rival groups supervisor cannot talk for the period of the sport. Nothing approximately footie, this is not a dating segment so there ;(

Think about these people while lighting a candle. concentrate on seeing them again as the candle burns down. Simple, yet effective. It worked for me.
Warning, since I had no Idea if the person was even still alive or where he was, it did take several months to work, so be patient!
