I would if I thought it would do any good - I would happily have looked through the night for her if I'd been in the McCann's hotel that fateful evening, or in the days following - but I think she's gone now.
And if you'll give up 30 minutes for Madeleine, how long will you give for each of the 70,000 children that goes missing in China each year? Or the 3,000 every DAY in the USA?

I am very glad to see everyone saying yes they would. A nice change from all the usual rubbish about the McCanns Personally I would give a lot more than half an hour if I had any idea where to look.

If I was asked to come from America to Portugal to look for Maddy just for a half hour I would do it just out of the kindness of my heart, just in hopes some how or some way I might help find her.

I am convinced she is no longer alive.
Don't forget the Portuguese Police believe the body was transported from the McCanns apartment to another apartment rented by another of the Tapas 7 and from there it was transported in the car, to a yatch in the marina which took the body to sea and weighed down to the bottom oft the sea.
The cadaver sniffer dogs went bananas inside all those places including the yatch which the PJ-GNR had already under surveillanceg for a long time.

You need to ask the parents of Madeleine McCann the same question!

Most definitely yes. You don't have to ask why - an innocent, frightened child is missing - sadly quite possibly dead, but hopefully not.
I can't understand why a major search hasn't been organised yet. Walking along beaches with TV crews won't find her.

Yes, because even though I don't think she is still alive, half an hour of my time would be worth spent .... just in case....
However if I converted my salary into hourly rates - I wouldn't donate 30 minutes pay to the McCanns fundraising appeal.

Yes, because that poor kid has suffered in an unimaginable way. I'd give more than half an hour if I could!

Sorry, but No, because it's been 5 months and the police haven't found her, I don't think I would be able to.
Besides; her parents haven't bothered, they're too busy meeting celebs, etc., so why should I go out of my way??
