this isnt bullying, but my co-workers will make almost every day a prank. sometimes they will completely empty my cubicle, or they will put that tape 'Police line - do no cross' all around my cubicle, or they will put a superglue under my paperweight and then I wont be able to use it. all kinds of stuff. they even did that mentos and coke trick. it was funny from the beginning, but now its annoying. is there a way to cope with all those things?

Where do you work? This sounds so junior high school..... oh lord. I would ask to transfer to a different department and/or complain to the supervisors ( the department heads and have these people watched and/or written up). Have they ever done this to anyone else? Is this some type of initiation test??????

You should tell them that, while at the beginning you found some humor, their jokes just aren't funny anymore. Tell them that you would appreciate it if they stopped playing practical jokes on you.
If they don't stop, go to your boss and explain the situation, let him know that this has gone on for some time, and let him know that things have gotten out of hand.
I'm sure that he won't be happy to hear that work is going undone because his staff feels that playing jokes on others is more fun.
And they are probably playing the jokes because they are bored and you react to them. Next time, if a joke is played, let them see you cleaning up the mess and going on about your day instead of letting it get you down. This should deter them from playing further jokes.

I suppose you realize now that they aren't being funny. Continuing to play pranks like these even though the recipient of them is no longer amused is a sign of hostility. Perhaps they are trying to tell you that if they keep doing it, you'll either quit or transfer out. That might be what they want.

Complain to the Office Administrator or Office Manager.

Tell the Administrator/Office Manger, that the workplace is not the place for childish pranks by adults.

Take a tampoon, dip it in pink ink and throw it on his table or in his bag or something take a great tootsie roll, soften it up right into a turd shape and positioned bits of yellow runts (candy) into it so it sounds like corn. place that someplace for him to locate. If he has his very own laptop, take the ball out of the backside of his mouse. It won't artwork and he won't understand why Get a pair rolls of duct tape and bypass loopy together with his stuff. tape his wallet to the ceiling, tape his door close whiles hes in there.
