Just a little bit of spare change in mine. But I know some people who keep a lot in their glove compartments and I tell them that is stupid.

It's likely that many people do. Those I know always have loose change and a few dollars to use for tolls or fast food. I think you'd have to be the luckiest person on earth to break into a car and find oodles of money. But then, you'd end up in prison, so I guess that wouldn't be lucky after all.

Where I grew up we left the keys in too just in case a neighbor had to use it in a hurry.
