Urates are white. They are urine crystals and is perfectly normal. There should have been some other stuff with it though. Usually, it's brown colored and there is some moisture from the vent as well...

There should be brown poop next to the white urates. Mealworms can cause impactions in bearded dragons, especially babies. Stick to small crickets (no bigger than the space between his eyes) for now. Wax worms are very fatty. Use silkworms and phoenix worms instead. Also, limit the kale and parsley. Here is a link to better diet advice:

Definatly check out that site given above from Beautiful Dragons. This will give you a full break down of which foods to feed them and what the nutritianal value is.
As far as the white in the feces, this is normal. The white part is called the Urates, and it is the urine part. They poop and pee at the same time. Watch the urates, if it is dry, then your beardie is dehydrated. (and I would cut out the mealworms, the exoskeleton is quite hard for your beardie to digest and can cause health problems)
