If he isnt the owner of the business then he must have a boss too. Could you report his incompetence to someone over him? Be prepared to show proof.

They're everywhere, aren't they? Mine is the son of a very respected trusted businessman that built his business from the ground up, but the son had it handed down to him. We probably wont last another 5 years!
