If he isnt the owner of the business then he must have a boss too. Could you report his incompetence to someone over him? Be prepared to show proof.

Do your job to the better of your skill. you're there for the toddlers, no longer your boss.

They're everywhere, aren't they? Mine is the son of a very respected trusted businessman that built his business from the ground up, but the son had it handed down to him. We probably wont last another 5 years!
