do no longer enable your self be discouraged by ability of a nay-sayer. probability is this is a character concern and has no authentic bearing on the priority of your competence. undergo in concepts, your boss can not say "i do unlike you" without sounding infantile and petty. saying "i do unlike your artwork" is the only way she gets to you. Do your job to the better of your skill. you're there for the toddlers, no longer your boss.

They're everywhere, aren't they? Mine is the son of a very respected trusted businessman that built his business from the ground up, but the son had it handed down to him. We probably wont last another 5 years!
