FOX and TBS.
Depends where you are exactly but on the East Coast of USA, Eastern Time, reruns on Fox are usually at 6:30pm and 11:05pm (and 12am and 12:30am on Mondays).
Reruns on TBS are at 5:00pm and 5:30pm, but not every day (like on Tuesdays and Thursdays...). On Mondays, you could have reruns on TBS at 2pm and 2:30pm and on Fridays, you could have reruns on TBS at 1pm and 1.30pm and on Saturday at 7:30pm so it's pretty confusing.

"Seinfeld" is on all the time where I live. It is on our FOX affiliate at 7:00 and 7:30 every night, then again at 10:30 and 11:00. I would check your local listings, or invest in the seasons of "Seinfeld" on DVD. It's funny because no matter how many times I have seen these episodes, I will watch them over and over again.

TBS, Fox at 7:30pm, and My 20 at midnight.
someone said at 6:30 but that was the old time, now it's 7:30
