im 14 going on 15, and i really really want to learn soccer. I'm horrible at sports, all of them, i've never actually played any sport except in gym...but i never play i just would talk with friends, but now i want to learn soccer. If i joined some soccer team in the community some where, would i be put with the 3 year olds, bc where i live everyone learned to play soccer when they were like 3. Also is it 2 late to learn??

You are never to old to play soccer if you try.

I'm thirteen, I learned soccer this year (during tryouts) and I made the team!!! Just look on google for basics, get a ball, PRACTICE!!! that's what I did. I also do a run around my neighborhood in the morning. Good luck and it's NEVER too late ignore little miss olympics!

Hi,
It is never to late to learn!!! I love sports and gym, and I sorta like soccar.... but I am sooo bad at kicking a ball!!! I would suggest to buy a soccar ball and practice kicking with the side of you're foot. Maybe you should get a personal trainer, mand after you're good, then join a soccar team. I personally don't like soccar much, but mostly all my friends do and sometimes I play- even though I suck at soccar.
Hope you decide to try soccar!!! If it doesn't work out, then maybe you should try swimming or basketball. Peace!!

OF COARSE NOT! Lots of high schools have soccer teams. If that's what you want to do, go for it! I'm sure you can find a 14/15 girls soccer team in your area.

Go for it. Never too late to learn anything. Good exercise too. You will be learning useful things as well. Like learning how to use your legs for something besides bed posts.
You'll be able to use your legs to kick the crap out of your brother when you catch him reading your diary.

It is never too late. Just read up on it knowing all the rules and regulations is half the battle. you could also watch some matches and that would help you understand the game.

Its not so much too old as too female. If you look at the women's world cup, then look at the 8th highest men's league in England, the men are so far superior its untrue. For this reason, women's football is very unpopular, even unheard of around the world, and is a waste of time.
Learn ironing instead.
