I do...I would provide feedback to the higher management team to share my experiences and usually the company appreciate the feedback from the customers..

when I do share my experience through the company headquarter or central office, I usually get free store credit or gift card or coupons or free items/deep discounts...lol

If it's really bad, most certainly but if it's like ehhh, that could've been better, I don't want to waste my time.

It depend what the person did... But To be honest, compliants won't have that much affect on them even if you let the management know. They get so many compliants from customers. Beside, it is really hard to fire someone because they give bad customer service. Manager know that workers gave 70%-99.99% effort on certain days.


You can file a compliant and let them know and keep some mental note.

They may appreciate the feedback, but the management doesn't REALLY want to take that call. They have lots of other things to be doing than to stop and listen... even though that may be a part of their job duties.

I hate ppl that nag! about SILLY things..

I used to work in Customer Service for 4 years OMG..

I never EVER no mattter what *****..

Once you work it..you respect them..you put up with a lot of

BS

from ppl...and half of the time is THERE right!

bc/ customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!

After that long---I said good bye..Customer Service and HELLO--

HORSE TRAINING..lol---
